We ask that you please let us know 3+ hours ahead of your appointment time if you plan to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that Electric Metals is not liable for any injuries, burns, or adverse outcomes resulting from the welding process used to secure permanent jewelry.
All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety during the service, including the use of a leather patch to protect the skin from sparks and the option to wear protective eyewear.
If you choose not to wear protective eyewear, you are required to look away during the welding process. By declining protective eyewear, you accept full responsibility for any injuries or discomfort that may occur as a result.
The jewelry provided is made from gold-filled and sterling silver materials, which are hypoallergenic and generally safe for most individuals. However, Electric Metals is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or discoloration that may occur due to individual factors or external conditions such as exposure to water, chemicals, or lotions.
It is your responsibility to inform Electric Metals of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service.
Electric Metals is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, disclose relevant medical conditions, or properly care for your jewelry after the service.
Electric Metals does not provide refunds or replacements for lost or damaged jewelry.
