The chains we offer are gold filled and sterling silver material. Gold filled typically lasts over 3 years. Sterling silver does tarnish, but can be easily cleaned. Proper care for your jewelry is necessary to ensure longevity. Avoid harsh chemicals and regularly clean your jewelry using a mild soap. 

Tipping is always appreciated but NEVER expected. We try our best to create a welcoming, fun, enjoyable experience for all of our clients, which leads many to leave a tip. Although, our favorite tip is returning to see us, leaving a google review, or shouting us out on social media!

Yes, you can remove your permanent jewelry quite easily! Sometimes this is required for things like participation in sports, surgeries, or MRI scans. To remove the piece, use nail clippers to cut the jump ring (the small circle used to attach the chain!) Save your chain and bring it back to us - we can reattach it whenever you're ready!
